Bay Cetology is a team of marine biologists, computer scientists and research technicians based out of Alert Bay ("Home of the Killer Whale" and unceded traditional territory of the 'Namgis First Nation), British Columbia, Canada. We enable conservation and understanding of cetacean populations that are data deficient or threatened by climate change and human development by using various methodologies to conduct field studies, rescue operations, analyze data, and communicate findings.
